why so serious?

so im annoyed:
"Only 33.6% of people with breast cancer after 3.5 years of living with it survive. The other 66.4% people die from the cancer, complications, or the treatments. I don't think raising awareness should be turned into such a secretive, "causing a ruckus" game." i dont want to name her.

why so serious? why not cause a ruckus? why does cancer have to be a haunting gloomy thing? My own grandmother had cancer and laughed at it... told it to go away. AND IT DID! funny part is that when you handle your cancer in a optimistic way your overall health seems better in many cases. Yeah her statistics are correct but nowhere in those statistics tells us of how well they lived in those last few months. Maybe if more people saw the everyday jokes in life... people would laugh alot more.

no one tells of the terrible truth to my story
and i wont be returning to that reformatory
i was released so have no worry
even though i wish, i cant divulge
if'n im asked id be free to indulge
but no one asks so no ones told

to thrive and keep alive
only to be eating the repeating rotten ramen
sadly its all ive gotten so amen
to any god i never made familiar
to all the spirits i say the similar
feeling emptiness in any embrace
my naive nature greatly a mistake
because sweetness in a city ruins at any rate
