break it down

• file keeper
• Photo editor 
• idk what you would call the person that puts everything together online but that person

together that equivalent to five jobs... kinda. 

to break it down: 

$1,000/month =$250/week=$35.71(4285)/day

$50=20% of my weeks pay

BUT NONE OF THIS MATTERS IF I WORK SALARY!


Minimum wage as of today= $7.35
my pay per hour= $1.49

(and although i get 10% commission i have to put ALL these rugs up before i can market them... this will take months. At least two...)

my expenses: $125-$100/week just for rent
$60 for food
$14 for bus fare
$15 for laundry
totaling= $214

not to mention:
$50/month for my cell phone
and hygiene products, and random expenses......

Leaving me with nothing left over to save up for a computer in which i desperatley need!!

      All of this is important because I wasn't in work for three days straight one day I called off, the next we where closed and the day afterward i was extremely ill (NOT HUNG OVER.... I come into work and throw up in the toilet there when I am hung over). If you do the math, (which I should have to) even if i had only worked three days it would equal 107$. Im not a day laborer, If i wanted this crap I would still be at Mcdonalds (working the same hours and getting paid about the same without feeling this low about myself and my work)
      When i was first hired I was working 15 hours a week and when the schedule changed I figured it was only fair for a salary job. Then i worked as hard as I could only to get critiqued on work. My boss hadn't even seen the site yet but, still asked for me to (not double but) triple my work load.
     So i tried to maneuver around his slow ass computer and i learned stupid gimp. I finally was able to go from 10 a day to 20, best attempt. Attempt two was me buying (from the little bit of extra money i had) a jump drive and taking my work home with me. My work went at least 4 times faster, until i recognized one of the rugs and i started balling my eyes out because i had already cropped these pictures. Not only that but the folder was named incorrectly leading me to believe that I had copied the same pictures into a different folder. So even though i was making great progress it was only a step backwards.
      Now all i can do is grit my teeth and work for people that don't appreciate me and won't pay me (even though we had an agreement... and i quote "I'll pay $1,000/ month so you can eat and stuff". Way to make your employee skinny and homeless) Im not extremely worried about the effects of not having the rent money and my friends and mother will make sure I'm fed but I don't feel I have any kind of job security at all. I am looking for a second job as we speek and am heading over to DES to get food stamps with a lie that seems most truthful: I got fired and am couch suffing!
